MANILA, Philippines – Kobe Paras scored 10 points as LA Cathedral Phantoms remained unbeaten on the road with an easy 74-42 win against St. Bernard Vikings on Wednesday (Thursday Manila time).
Paras showed his wide array of offensive arsenal scoring on two three-pointers, a dunk and a beautiful spin move to elude two Vikings defender for a layup.
The Phantoms broke the game wide open in the second quarter when they outscored the Vikings, 19-4, and never looked back.
LA Cathedral improved to 17-3 overall win-loss record with its fifth straight win on the road while St. Bernard dropped to 10-13 card.
The Phantoms will next face Morgan Park Mustangs at home in a non-conference game on Jan. 31.
