The late Col. Arsenio De Borja, former president of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association, served as executive secretary- treasurer of the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation and secretary general of the Philippine Olympic Committee in a concurrent capacity. He was not PAAF president, as reported in yesterday’s press release from the Philippine Swim League.
