Under Armour SpeedForm launched

MANILA, Philippines - The latest innovation in sports and competitive footwear, known as Under Armour’s SpeedForm Gemini, will soon hit Philippines stores.

Martin Antonio, a Filipino strength and conditioning coach, graced yesterday’s PSA Forum at Shakey’s Malate to talk about the latest footwear technology.

SpeedForm is a footwear platform that provides precision fit, feel and comfort because of its molded and zero distraction and seamless heel cup.

Antonio said SpeedForm is for athletes who need extra cushion when tackling longer distances in training or actual races or their respective fitness goals.

SpeedForm is introducing the Charged Foam, a new midsole foam that has a unique combination of a bouncy feel and impact plus superior cushioning for runners.

“It promotes comfort and helps prevent injuries like twisted ankles of event ACLs,” said Antonio, who also served as basketball scout for San Beda and other team in the D-League and Liga Pilipinas.

Antonio said SpeedForm will be available by mid-January at Under Armour stores in Bonifacio Hi Street and SM Megamall.
