Ejercito, Abalos lead Plaridel golf roster at WW

MANILA, Philippines - Sen. JV Ejercito and former Commission on Elections chairman Benjamin Abalos, president of Wack Wack Golf and Country Club, will lead the ceremonial tee-off of the Plaridel Golf Cup on Nov. 28 at Wack Wack Golf and Country Club.

With them will be Samahang Plaridel officers led by Neal Cruz, chairman, and Rolando Estabillo, president.

Tee-off time is 7:30 a.m.

With San Miguel Corp. as principal sponsor, the 18-hole golfest seeks to foster camaraderie among golfing mediamen and friends with the government and  private sectors.  It also aims to raise funds for various projects of the association.

Thus far, premier sponsors include International Container Terminal Services, Inc. and United Laboratories.

Minor sponsors are Philippine Airlines, Pagcor, Philex Mining Corporation, Air Asia, Quezon City Hall, Globe Telecom., Ayala Land, Inc., FFCCII, G & G International Unlimited Inc., Petron, Eastern Hawaii Leisure Co. Ltd, Optimum Market Strat Int’l Inc.
