Soliven, Sabater top ABC monthly

MANILA, Philippines - Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders came away with a 1258 to capture the Group I crown while Tony Sabater of Consnet Builders topped Group 2 with a 1023 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at the E Lanes in Ortigas Ave., San Juan last week.

Rudy Serrano rolled a 1171 and Frederick Chuongco of Boysen Paints had a 1168 as they placed second and third, respectively, in Group I while Ricky Martinez of Coach Furniture made a 1017 and Michael Macasieb of Boysen Paints scored a 989 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 2 of the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, ABC president Denis Jalandoon is inviting all ABC members to the ABC Christmas party, induction ceremonies of the incoming board of directors and the fourth Quarters awards on Dec. 9, at 6 p.m. at the Teatro Aguinaldo, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.

The event, backed by Boysen Philippines, Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Healthy Homes/Wallguard, American Wires, Philflex, Crown Pipes, Glass Asia, Duraflex TW/THHN Wires, Philflex Cables, Emerald Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Consnet Builders, Morning Sun, WeKonstruct, Miraga Trading, Coach Furnitures, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S.Vidal Builders, PNS Advanced Steel Tech, Romari Constructions, DN Steel and Matson Builders, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the monthly championship, also at the E Lanes.
