Iverson holds cage clinic with Tim today

MANILA, Philippines - At least 80 kids aged 10 to 14 get the rare chance of learning basketball from one of the best in the world – former NBA MVP Allen Iverson – in a clinic that serves as one of the highlights of the PCWorx “All In” Charity Basketball Event.

The clinic is set today and starts at 3 p.m. with Iverson supervising the event along with two-time PBA Grand Slam coach Tim Cone and PBA stars at the Gawad Kalinga Bulaklakan Chapter in Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City.

It follows the press conference at the NBA Café at the SM Aura where Iverson and PCWorx managing director Michael Chua will formally launch the “All In” Charity Basketball Event set at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Iverson will display his coaching skills with the Ball Up Streetball All-Stars which will play an exhibition game with Team PCWorx. Funds raised from the event will benefit Gawad Kalinga’s Bulaklakan Chapter.

Team PCWorx will be coached by Cone and will parade UAAP and NCAA stars and former PBA aces, including brothers Kiefer and Thirdy Ravena, Jeron Teng, Almond Vosotros, Mark Belo, Troy Rosario, Javee Mocon, Ola Adeogun, Jaymar Perez, Jerry Codinera, Renren Ritualo and Willie Miller.
