Segui, Soliven rule ABC monthly

MANILA, Philippines - Buddy Segui of American Wires and Cables sizzled with a six-game series 1296 to pocket the Group 1 crown while Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders reasserted his mastery over the Group 2 field with 1262 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at E Lane, Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Joan Mendoza of Dutch Boy Paints scored 1291 to place second while Jerry Cham of Boysen Paints had 1283 to finish third in Group 1 of the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Lou Laforteza of Emerald Pipes rolled 1123 for second and Abe Firmeza of Philflex Wires and Cables submitted 1025 to place third in Group 2.

The event, backed by Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Wallguard/Healthy Homes, Duraflex TW/THW/THHN Wires, Concrete Ventures, Glass Asia, Crown Pipes, Novelle Furnitures, Consnet Builders, Morning Sun, WeKonstruct, Miraga Trading, Coach Furnitures, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, PNS Advanced Steel Technology, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S. Vidal Builders, Romari Constructions and DN Steel, resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of third Quarterly Championship, also at E Lanes.
