Carewell tennis fund-raiser at MPC
MANILA, Philippines - The Carewell Community Foundation will stage its third annual tennis fund-raiser on Oct. 11 with a huge turnout expected in the team doubles tournament at the Manila Polo Club.
Registration starts at 9 a.m. with the event open to members and non-members. Fee is pegged at P1,500 with the matches to begin at 10 a.m. Dinner is set at 6 p.m.

The annual benefit tennis tournament is held to raise funds for the Cancer Resource and Wellness (Carewell) Community Foundation Inc. and help support persons affected by cancer.
Other backers of the event are Wide Wide World Express Corp., Mapfre Insular Insurance Corp., Real Estate and Financial Investment Corp., First Life Financial Company, Planet Sports, My Sommelier, Global Restaurant Concepts, Tecnifibre, Raintree Restaurants and Krispy Kreme.
