PABA to hold elections Oct. 6

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Amateur Baseball Association (PABA) will hold its general elections on Oct. 6 at the Szechuan Restaurant along Roxas Blvd. in Malate.

PABA chairman Tom Navasero said the general meeting and election of trustees and officers will be open to all baseball stakeholders. Registration will be held before the assembly meeting.

Present members of the board, including Navasero, will tender their resignations to give way to the new set of officers followed by presentation of amended by-laws and articles of PABA.

“After we elect a new baseball president, I will resign as both PABA chairman and Baseball Federation of Asia (director at large) but will do my best to support the association.
