Chuongco, Soliven top ABC all events singles

MANILA, Philippines - Frederick Chuongco of Boysen Knoxout burned the lanes with 1270 pinfalls on six-game series to cop the Group 1 crown while Bryan Soliven of Matson Builders took the Group 2 title with 1063 in the Architects Bowling Club’s All Events Singles at E Lanes, Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Nepthy del Rosario of Boysen Paints scored 1190 while Toto Abear of Novelle Furnitures had 1163 to finish second and third, respectively, in Group 1 of the event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Joseph de Guzman of Glass Asia made 1058 while Malou del Rosario of Dutch Boy Paints rolled 1051 to place second and third, respectively, in Group 2.

The tournament, backed by DN Steel, Romari Constructions, E.S.Vidal Builders, Steeltech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, PNS Advanced Steel Tech, Moldex Pipes, Coach Furnitures, Miraga Trading, WeKonstruct, Morning Sun, Consnet Builders, Crown Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Emerald Pipes, Philflex Wires and Cables, Duraflex TW/THW Wires, and Boysen Acrytex/Healthy Homes/Wallguard resumes at 7 tonight.
