Aklan Swim Team, Capiz Eagle Rays and Capiz Turbo Sharks are the teams to beat.
PSL president Susan Papa said the PSL is now seriously looking at the Visayan region where a lot of potential swimmers have emerged.
“We will help them and we will let them make up for lost time,” said Papa.
“I see swimmers evolve and happy to see them improve day by day and in every competition. I am with them,” said former Senator and sports advocate Nikki Coseteng.
Technical committee head Ed Mascardo will also update coaches, parents and swimmers with new technologies.
