Iverson Manila tour tickets out on Aug. 2

MANILA, Philippines -- Tickets to the much anticipated Manila tour of Allen Iverson dubbed "All In" will be released starting on Saturday (Aug. 2) according to renowned import/player agent Sheryl Reyes.

Iverson, who retired last year after spending 14 seasons in the NBA, will be coming in Manila for the second time but this time not as a player but a coach. He will coach a team of street ballers against a local selection at the Mall of Asia Arena on Nov. 5 this year.

Reyes, Iverson's representative in Asia, and his US handlers, Moore Management Entertainment, recently sealed the deal with PCWorx to bring the former NBA MVP and four-time scoring champion to the country for a charity basketball game that will benefit Gawad Kalinga,

"I'm looking forward to my coming visit to Manila. I've heard a lot of good stories about the Philippines, specifically about Filipino basketball fans. See you all real soon," said Iverson in an email to Reyes.

Tickets prices are pegged Php 6,000 for VIP, Php 5,000 for Patron, Php 3,500 for Lower Box, Php 2,500 for Upper Box and Php 600 for General Admission and can be purchased at all SM Tickets branches and PC Worx Luzon branches.

The 11-time All Star and former MVP is being groomed to become an assistant coach in the Philadelphia 76ers, the team that made him the no. 1 overall choice in the 1996 Rookie Draft. His Manila visit will test his coaching acumen as he will handle the Ball UP team composed of popular street ballers The Professor, Mr. Afrika, Air Up There, Bone Collector, G. Smith and AO against a soon-to-be-named selection which will likely be composed of players from the UAAP, NCAA and PBA legends.

The Professor, whose real name is Grayson Boucher, has already expressed his excitement to be coached by the NBA great and soon-to-be-Hall of Famer Iverson. The Professor previously visited Manila when he was still with the And1 Mixtape Tour.

Iverson's itinerary includes a basketball clinic, Gawad Kalinga site visit, Mall tour, meet and greet and a crossover exhibition at halftime of the charity game on Nov. 5.
