‘Last Stand’ ticket refund on-going

MANILA, Philippines - Organizers of the PLDT Last HOME Stand event announced options to facilitate the process of refunding tickets.

Tickets holders who bought their tickets from Ticketnet outlets may claim their cash refund at the Ticketnet Box Office at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Yellow Gate starting July 24, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Requirement will only be submission of the physical ticket.

For those who bought tickets through Ticketnet Online (www.ticketnet.com.ph), online payment will be reversed in your credit card bill.

Organizers also said that the landline numbers 836-5818, 836-5890, and 836-5819 that have been reported as refund hotline numbers are not the contact numbers being used for this ticket refund process.
