MANILA, Philippines – Nike Philippines unveiled Thursday night the new uniforms of the Philippine national basketball team for its stint in the FIBA World Cup in Spain this August.
Head coach Chot Reyes graced the event along with some of the Gilas Pilipinas members led by team captain Jimmy Alapag, LA Tenorio, Ranidel de Ocampo, Larry Fonacier, Jason Castro, Gary David and Junemar Fajardo.

“The new uniforms will be worn with pride, on the world stage in Spain, as we show the world what Filipino basketball is all about and bring pride to the Philippines,†said Reyes.

Gilas Pilipinas is grouped with Argentina, Senegal, Puerto Rico, Greece and Croatia in the tournament.
