MANILA, Philippines - Toto Abear of Novelle Furniture waxed hot with a six-game series of 1259 to pocket the Group 1 crown while Boy Roldan of Boysen Paints took the Group 2 plum with a 1068 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at E Lanes, Ortigas Ave. Greenhills, San Juan City last week.
William Kang of PNS Advanced Steel Tech. scored 1219 to place second while Johnny Baluyot of Coach Furniture had 1217 to finish third in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.
Abe Firmeza of Philflex Wires and Cables rolled 1033 for second and Ricky Martinez of Crown Pipes submitted 1023 to place third in Group 2.
