Responders eye 7th win in UNTV

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - PNP Responders’ unbeaten record will be put to test today as they face the AFP Cavaliers in the UNTV Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The Responders have collected six victories and a win over AFP will boost their drive for a seat in the next round.

The Cavaliers, however, are expected to give their best to end their rivals’ streak and firm up their spot as the league enters its crucial stretch.

AFP has a 4-1 win-loss record at joint second spot with defending champion Judiciary Magis who are also seeking their fifth win against Senate Defenders.

A win by the Cavaliers and Magis will move them  a game away from the Responders.

LGU Vanguards and House of Representatives clash in the first game at 2:30.

UNTV Cup is a basketball for a cause organized by Daniel Razon.
