P8M Barkadahan up in three cockpits
MANILA, Philippines - Summer cockfighting heats up this week as the “8M National Barkadahan Cup 7-Cock Derby†gets under way in three venues.
The 3-cock elims backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 will be held April 9 (San Juan Coliseum) and April 11 (Pasay Cockpit and Taal Cockpit Batangas).
Hosts are Rep. Patrick Antonio, Eric dela Rosa, Butchoy Olano and Tady Palma.
Other scheduled elims are April 23 (SJC), April 21 and 26 (Sta. Monica Cockpit Novaliches) and April 24 (New Tarlac Coliseum).
Submission of entries at SJC is on Tuesday, April 8, 2-9 p.m.
Over at Sta. Monica Cockpit, Palma announced that one sack of rice awaits each participant.
Guaranteed prize is P8 million for an entry fee of P11,000.
