San Beda cage camp kicks off in April

MANILA, Philippines - Limited slots are still available for interested kids who wish to take part in the ninth edition of the San Beda basketball camp, which begins this April.

Classes on the Mendiola campus will begin on April 3 while those on the Taytay campus commences April 8.

The camp, which has Molten as its official ball, is open to boys and girls aged five years and above.

Classes on the Mendiola campus will be held every Monday and Thursday from 1-4 p.m. until April 28.

Over in Taytay, classes will run Tuesdays and Fridays, 8-11 a.m., until May 2.

Aside from Coach Ato, the sessions will be handled by multi-titled coaches of the San Beda Red Lions and the Red Cubs, as well as prominent ones from other schools.

Guest players from PBA teams will give pointers to the enrollees.

A second session will also be held in May on both campuses.

A registration fee is P3,500 per session. If the student enrols on both the first and second sessions, a fee of P6,000 will only be paid. Enrollees are entitled to a free t-shirt and a ball from Molten.
