GQ TMP tops NCA derby

MANILA, Philippines - GQ TMP of Procis Aquino and Osang dela Cruz scored six points to emerge the solo champion in the National Cockers Alliance six-cock derby at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig last Tuesday.

Gov. Ito Ynares’ Binangonan and Pasay Big Event of Rep. Patrick Antonio shared runner-up honors with 5 1/2 points each while Wicked-Orani of Ruel Ricafort, Bulljack MYL of Danny Soriano and Magno Lim, and SR Pedro Joshua of Rep. Unabia wound up with five points apiece in the event hosted by the Firefly Group, Bebot Uy and Jun Soriano and sponsored by Sagupaan Complexor.

AA Cobra of Atong Ang and Green Thumb of Rhemy Medrano both finished with four points along with National Barkadahan Cup of Eric Dela Rosa and Butchoy Olano, PE ni Armen of Arnold Mendoza and Pol Estrellado, PS Govic Hot City of Pipo Soliman and Vic Yap, Goldquest Champions of Osang dela Cruz, and Yuri SL of Elan Nagano.

Meanwhile, another six-cock derby will be held next Tuesday with Mario Villamor hosting the event, also at Ynares Sports Arena.
