Pacquiao: Bradley to get his wish

MANILA, Philippines - Manny Pacquiao is doing everything to make sure he’ll be in best shape possible for his coming fight against Timothy Bradley.

Pacquiao has added muay exercises, from the traditional Thai martial arts form, under his strength and conditioning coach Justine Fortune.

In one of the Pacquiao’s training fotos released by Top Rank, he was shown hitting the pads with his knees, like he was vying for the world title in brutal sport of muay.

Pacquiao is just doing what needs to be done.

Seeking to regain his WBO welterweight title from Bradley, Pacquiao said he intends to win every round in his rematch against Bradley.

“I won at least 10 rounds against Tim Bradley the first time we fought. I intend to win all the rounds against him this time regardless of the length of the fight,” he said.

Philboxing.com yesterday posted quotes from a recent interview with Pacquiao, who said he can’t take Bradley lightly.

“I have all the respect for Bradley and what he has accomplished but I have no fear of him. He has inspired me to exceed my previous performances inside the ring,” he said.

Pacquiao said he’s ready to give Bradley what the latter is asking for, after the undefeated American recently said he has lost the killer instinct.

“If Bradley wants to meet the fighter who stopped Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Erik Morales and Marco Antonio Barrera, he’s going to get his wish on April 12,” said Pacquiao.

The Filipino superstar is entering the last three weeks of his training at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles.
