MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Swimming League (PSL) named 53 swimmers from Western Visayas Region, who qualified for tournaments in Hong Kong and Singapore and the 2015 Summer World Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea.

The qualified swimmers were selected based on their showings in the 53rd PSL Leg Series dubbed as Langoy Capiz held over the weekend in Roxas City.

“We are bringing swimming to a winning stage. We are surrounded by water and there is no reason why it will not work if we are together. Swimming is a triangle. It involves the swimmers, coaches and parents. They must work together to produce a good swimmer.â€
