Team owner Manny V. Pangilinan posted on his Twitter account: “Very bad officiating tonight. Maxim – sports give fair and equal chances to protagonists. Why can’t we see that, and practice it?â€
He also tweeted: “Nayari kami sa 4th quarter.â€
Coach Norman Black mentioned his team being called 11 fouls as against San Mig’s one in the fourth quarter.
Meanwhile, with a career-best 29 points in their own KO match with Alaska Sunday, Japeth Aguilar emerged the scoring leader with a 19.69 clip at the end of the quarters. Jayson Castro (19.29) was second, followed by Jay Washington (19.17), Sol Mercado (18.93) and Gary David (18.33).
