Forest Hills holds Chairman’s Cup

MANILA, Philippines - The 12th Chairman’s Cup in honor of the Chairman of the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club, Inc. will be held Feb. 1 with 250 members and guests participating.

The tournament will be presented by BOAZ Hyundai and Golforce, Inc. Major sponsor is Whealth, Inc., distributor of health products.

The players will be divided into two groups – one to play the Palmer Course and the other to tee off at the Nicklaus Course.

All eight par 3 holes offer hole-in-one prizes from Hyundai, Texas Eagle and Club Car golf carts, Emperador De Luxe, which will stake a trip to Spain, Taishan Insurance Brokers, Wilson Sports and Silicon Computers.

Minor sponsors are Boracay Sand Hotel, Camp John Hay Manor, Camp John Hay Golf and Country Club, Gerry’s Grill, Jewelmer International, Manila Southwoods Manor, Manila Sounthwoods Golf Club, Zest Air, Group Mgt. and Dev’t Corp., Poblador Bautista and Reyes Law Office, Metro Rail Transit Corp., Piedras Negras Const. and Dev’t. Corp., Mileage Asia, Carasscal Nickel Corporation, Megaforce, Taisho Hizon Laboratories, Kishda Marketing, Primepower Manpower Services and Maybank Philippines.

Forest Hills chairman Ferdinand Santos said a Hyundai i10 car will be raffled off if not won as a hole-in-one prize.

 â€œWe have several giveaways for tournament participants who will also be treated to free dinner, drinks and entertainment during the awards night,” Santos said.
