USANA Phl 5K run off Sunday

MANILA, Philippines - The UHS Essentials Health Philippines marks its fifth anniversary by holding a 5K fun run on Sunday at SM Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City.

Over 5,000 runners are expected to participate in the fund-raising event put up by USANA Philippines, the local office of USANA Health Sciences, a US-based health and wellness company. 

Registration is ongoing with fee pegged at P555 per runner. For online listup, log on to www://usana.pepsquadevents.com.

Race will fire off at 5:30 a.m. with the winner to receive P20,000 worth of USANA products. The second and third placers will get P12,500 and P5,500 worth of USANA products, respectively.

Special prizes will also be awarded to the best male and female runners wearing their favorite superhero outfits.

Net proceeds from the event will be for the benefit of the USANA True Health Foundation, the CSR arm of USANA that supported the relief drive for the survivors of Typhoon Yolanda. For details on USANA True Health Foundation, visit www.usanafoundation.org.
