Ynares 10-ball billiards Dec 28

MANILA, Philippines - The first Mayor Boyet Ynares 10-ball invitational billiards championship will be held Dec. 28 at the Binangonan Recreation and Conference Center in Binangonan, Rizal with top cue artists expected to see action.

Action starts at 10 a.m. with Binangonan, Rizal Mayor Boyet Ynares and pool legend Efren “Bata” Reyes expected to grace the event held in cooperation with Puyat Sports.

Reyes will also play former SEA Games gold medalist Victor Arpilleda in an exhibition match.

The field is limited to eight players. Among those who signed up are Edgar Acaba, Romeo Del Rosario, Rodrigo Geronimo, Kenken Arpilleda, Danny Joy Trazona, Alex Lumpay, Tata Bautista and former World Junior of pool third placer Jonas Magpantay.
