Coming off an 81-51 drubbing of Philippine Cultural College last Wednesday, the Uneans are again tipped to prevail over the MGC-New Life Christian cagers when they clash at 2:30 p.m.

The Uneans, who also beat MGC-New Life Christian cagers convincingly in the first round of the six-team field, are out to extend their winning run to eight in the tournament sponsored by by Boysen Paints, Valentino Watches and Clocks, Sony Xperia , Duralite Sandals, and Nougat Peanut Bar.

The MGC-New Life Christian cagers are already out of it with a 1-6 mark – the same record of PCC.

Meantime, Grace Christian College needs to beat St. Jude Catholic School at 10:30 a.m. to stay in championship contention.

The GCC cagers are tied with St. Peter the Apostle School for third to fourth places with similar 3-3 cards, while St. Jude is solo second with a 5-2 mark.
