Jalandoon, Magsakay top ABC monthly

MANILA, Philippines - Denis Jalandoon of WeKonstruct sizzled with a six-game series of 1356 to capture the Group 1 crown while Bert Magsakay of Emerald Pipes took the Group 2 plum with a 1072 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at E Lanes, Ortigas Ave. Greenhills, San Juan City last week.

Eugene Ferraris of Steeltech scored 1239 for second while Manny Padit of Philflex Wires and Cables had 1236 for third in Group 1 in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.                                                   

Abe Firmeza of Greystone had a 1068, Violy Magsakay of Boysen Virtuoso made a 997 while Zeny Prudente of Moldex Pipes submitted a 977 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group 2.                             

The tournament, backed by Spurway, Coach Furnitures, Glass Asia, Dwightsteel, Concrete Ventures, Crown Pipes, Duraflex THHN/THW/TW Wires, Boysen Acrytex/Healthy Homes/Knoxout, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of Circuit Championship also at E Lanes.
