Sta. Lucia East unbeaten in DELeague

MANILA, Philippines - Team Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall remains undefeated after dominating the Sealions, 97-86, in the DELeague Kap. Rudy Francisco Tuesday evening at the Marikina Sports Center.

Former league  MVP Kiko Adriano scored 31 points, five rebounds and four assists in helping Sta. Lucia to its  fifth straight win.  Also contributing to Sta. Lucia’s win were Hippi Cedric’s 17 points, 10 rebounds, two shotblocks and Bryant Warnest’s 10 points, 10 rebounds and three shotblocks.

Ex-PBA players Egay Billiones and Ronnie Zagala led the Sealions with a combined 37 points.

In the other game, Team Arquitectos Construction won by default over MJM Construction (team Zamboanga).
