Pastor resumes bid in Whelen Euro Nascar
MANILA, Philippines - Enzo Pastor, the Philippines’ top international driver, heads for Monza, Italy to compete in the semifinals of the Whelen Europe NASCAR Touring Car Series in Italy and France..
Venue for the event, the biggest in viewership and spectators worldwide, is the famous Ferrari Formula One (F1) home track – Monza, Italy–Race Circuit on Sept. 27-29. From there, he goes to the France Race Circuit in Le Mans, home of Le Mans authomobiltes, for the race slated Oct. 11-13.
Pastor, the country’s lone Filipino racecar driver, has competed and won championships internationally and garnered great reviews from different sectors of races around Asia and Europe.
He had been well applauded by the NASCAR racing teams in Europe and the United States.
