NCAA cancels Monday games due to ‘Maring’

MANILA, Philippines - The NCAA has cancelled games scheduled Monday because of continuous rainfall caused by typhoon Maring.

In their official Twitter account, the league announced the cancellation of games in both the juniors and seniors divisions.

Please be advised that all NCAA basketball games today, August 19, 2013 are cancelled due to floods and continuous rainfall in Metro Manila.

The face-offs between Lyceum and San Sebastian and St. Benilde and Perpetual will be rescheduled, the NCAA said.

The league has yet to announce the new play dates for the cancelled games.
