AMA Junior Titans keep NBA 3X title

MANILA, Philippines - Defending champion Ama Junior Titans swept the NBA 3-on-3 17-under division to retain the title in the NBA 3X last weekend at the Mall Of Asia Arena.

The AMA Jr Titans, coached by national U-13 coach Mark Herrera, defeated Chang Kai Shek, 21-6, in the finals with a team composed of Jayson David, Russel Fuentes, Clark Quijano and Macky Perez.

“Our congratulations to our  players and  coach Mark Herrera for giving  AMA a  second straight title. They did it with dedication and hard work,” said AMA first vice president Arnel Hibo. 

The title is the second in a row for the AMA Jr Titans supported by AMA team owner Ambassador Amable R. Aguiluz and team manager Aldric Manrique and sponsored by Johnny Rockets and AMA Bank.

The 12-under and 15-under teams of AMA also entered the semifinals.
