MANILA, Philippines - Rising bantamweight Angelito Mirin takes the spotlight in tonight’s episode of Rod Nazario’s In This Corner over PTV-4 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Mirin, the 23-year-old native of Del Carmen, Surigao del Norte, battles Jonathan Ligas over eight rounds in the main bout of the boxing program presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), and Petron.

The match served as one of the preliminaries in the‘ “Bakbakan Sa Southville III Muntinlupa” boxing card featuring the Philippine flyweight championship bout between champion Ardin Diale and challenger Chris Paulino.
