SBP-Passerelle meeting slated

MANILA, Philippines - The pioneering and multi-awarded Best Center (Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training Center) will hold an organizational meeting for the SBP-Passerelle twin tournaments on Thursday at the Quezon City Sports Club along E. Rodriguez Ave. in Quezon City.

Best Center founding chairman and former national coach Nic Jorge said the meeting will start promptly at 3 p.m., with tournament commissioner Rolly Omampo co-presiding the gathering.

Representatives from defending Small Basketeers and Passerelle champions La Salle-Greenhills lead the participants attending the meeting.

The Best Center pioneered scientific sports clinics in the country and for which it was cited with an Olympism Award by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) and installed in the Hall of Fame by the Philippine Sportswriters Association (PSA).
