MANILA, Philippines - Ralph Montalbo of LEM pulled off another upset win over defending champion Arvin Jay Millet of TEMZ to capture the Yokohama Expert crown in the third leg of the Petronas Philippine Drag Racing Championship Southern Series at the Batangas Racing Circuit recently.
