MANILA, Philippines - Summer heats up further as the multi-awarded, pioneering Best Center (Basketball Efficiency and Scientific Training Center) sponsored by Milo goes back to its newly renovated venue in Starmall Alabang for a series of basketball and volleyball clinics.
Mondays and Thursdays are reserved for the Best Center’s volleyball clinics from 8-11 a.m. Levels 1, 2 and 3 are being offered.
Basketball clinics at the same venue will be held every Tuesday and Friday starting May 3 with students in Level 1 (all ages) and Level 2 (9-11 years old) attending the morning sessions from 9 a.m.-12 noon.
Afternoon sessions from 1-4 p.m. are offered to Level 1 students (12-years old and above) and in Levels 2 and 4.
Best Center’s basketball clinics have also started at the University of Perpetual Help in Las Piñas, where Tuesday and Friday afternoon sessions (1-4 p.m.) for Introduction to Basketball in Levels 1, 2, 4 and 4 are offered.
The Caloocan High School will also offer introduction to Basketball clinics in Levels 1, 2 and 3 every Wednesday and Saturday, from 8-11 a.m.
Also starting yesterday, basketball clinics are held at the Oreta Sports Complex in Malabon. The sessions are for students in Levels 1 and 2 and are held every Wednesday and Saturday, 1-4 p.m.
The Best Center had been recognized by the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) with an Olympism Award.
