Lyceum holds tryouts

MANILA, Philippines - The Lyceum of the Philippines University will hold a series of tryouts for its men’s basketball team beginning April 8 at the LPU gym in Intramuros.

To be handled by coach Bonnie Tan, the open tryouts are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and will run until April 11.

“We’re looking for dedicated, hardworking, academically and athletic-minded individuals who share Lyceum’s passion for excellence, loyalty and success,” said Tan.

Last Tuesday, Lyceum officially passed its second year probationary requirement in the NCAA. 

To register for the tryouts, aspirants must: 1) like the official Facebook page of Lyceum of the Philippines men’s basketball team at facebook.com/LPUPirates; 2) attach their portfolio in a message with the line LPU Tryouts at the Facebook page.
