MANILA, Philippines - A summer circuit heavily loaded with 15 tournaments fires off tomorrow with the ICTSI-JGFP Northern Luzon Junior Open at the treacherous Baguio Country Club course here.

Jorge and Jolo Magcalayo are expected to battle it out in boys Class B, Javi Lazatin is among the favorites in boys Class E in a competition also supported by Pancake House, Sizzlin’ Pepper, Yellow Cab, Golf Depot and Philippine Airlines that will also warmup the kids for the tougher Philippine Junior Open Championship (The Montecillo) from April 2-5 at the Palmer course of Orchard which will feature jungolfers from at least eight countries.

“It’s going to be a long and competitive summer for the kids but we’re going to make fun for all of them,” said JGFP president Luigi Tabuena while expressing the JGFP’s appreciation to the Baguio Country Club for having been a staunch supporter of the organization’s year-long activities.
