Games today (Ynares Arena)
12 noon – Café France vs Blackwater Sports
2 p.m. – Jumbo Plastic vs Hogs Breath
4 p.m. – Boracay Rum vs Informatics
MANILA, Philippines - The PBA D-League Foundation Cup resumes today with a heavy three-game bill, including the Blackwater Sports-Café France match at the Ynares Arena in Pasig.
The Elite hope to get going with a new playmaker in Allan Mangahas, who takes over from Jeric Fortuna, as they play the Bakers at 12 noon.
Fortuna ran the point guard spot for the Elite the past two conferences but the former UST Tiger opted to try his luck in the Asean Basketball League this year.
“I think the team will be in good hands under the leadership of Allan. He knows his teammates well,†said Blackwater coach Leo Isaac.
Boracay Rum and newcomer Jumbo Plastic, meanwhile, try to rebound from Tuesday opening day losses against Informatics and another newcomer Hogs Breath, respectively.
