MANILA, Philippines - Rod Nazario’s In This Corner ends the month with a slambang fight pitting Rufino Mante against Padjay Kietyoungyut.
The 10-round featherweight bout, to be aired over PTV-4 from 7-8 p.m., is presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the PCSO and Petron.
Mante, 24, hails from Tagbilaran, Bohol, while Kietyoungyut is a rising 27-year-old fighter from Roi-Et, Thailand.
The two traded bombs in the undercard of the card “Mandirigmang Pinoy: Battle at McKinley Hill†held at the Venice Piazza Mall, McKinley Hill Village in Taguig.
The fight card was a co-presentation of ARCI Gabriel boxing promotions and Brusmick boxing promotion, and sponsored by Venice Piazza, Megaworld, Razon’s of Guagua, and Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano
