MANILA, Philippines - A long line of guests headed by unified world flyweight champion Brian Viloria and the party of Manny Lopez seeking key positions in the coming Philippine Olympic Committee election, will be appearing in today’s session of the PSA Forum at Shakey’s Malate.
Viloria talks about his next career plan after unifying the World Boxing Organization and World Boxing Association flyweight titles with a 10th round technical knockout of Hernan “Tyson” Marquez last week, while Lopez and Co. are expected to bare their platforms and programs as they oppose the group of incumbent Jose “Peping” Cojuangco in the Nov. 30 POC poll.
UAAP officials headed by president Nilo Ocampo and secretary treasurer Junel Baculi of host National University will also launch the events for the league’s second semester and will be joined during the session presented by the Philippine Amusements and Gaming Corporation and Shakey’s, by Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) founder Alvin Aguilar and participants of the Dec. 1 PCA Open.Aguilar is going to discuss the 10th anniversary offering of the URCC this coming weekend, while Nino Alcantara, Jeson Patrombon, Johnny Arcilla, together with national coach Roland Kraut will attend the 10:30 a.m. session to promote the 31st offering of the PCA Open
