AROG kicks off new season tonight

MANILA, Philippines - A Round of Golf kicks off its 11th season tonight with the 50th Philippine Ladies Open highlighting the 8 p.m. show on Solar Sports at Global Destiny (Channel 35), Sky Cable Digital (Channel 70) and Cablelink (Channel 31).

Hosts Dominic Uy and Geleen Handog will feature Korean Lee Jeong Hwa as she slugs it out with local aces Princess Superal and Felicia Medallia in the golden staging of the country’s premier ladies championship at Wack Wack’s East Course.

Also on tap in the only golf and lifestyle TV show in the country, presented by Air21 and produced by UBE Media, are Fun Golf Destinations, Fresh Golf Gear Run Downs, golf guru’s Jun Cedo’s segment and Golf Gigs, which will feature the “Pasasalamat Golf,” a Lina Group year-end golf tournament for its affiliates and chief backers.
