SM Bowling Cup third national finals on

MANILA, Philippines - Twenty-four qualifiers will compete in today’s third National Finals of the 10th SM Bowling Cup at SM Mall of Asia bowling center.

Action starts at 12 noon with the awarding of prizes to follow at 5 p.m. Today’s champion will get a new Chevrolet Cruze as the grand prize for this longest and prestigious bowling tournament.

For its 10th year which started last Feb. 2011, it continues to give million worth of prizes. Vener Sales, the first leg champion and Letty Pineda, the second leg winner, won a Chevy brand automobile.

Open to all ages, the tournament continuously encourages everyone to join.

Aspirants must bowl three sets of a four-game series for qualification and be able to play on at least one center finals. Top 40 bowlers per SM Bowling Center, depending on the accumulated points earned by each bowler from the qualifying period and center finals, will be competing for the national finals.
