MANILA, Philippines - The Castrol-TRS Kids try to dominate the Cadet SQ class anew in the penultimate leg of the 2011 Asian Karting Open Championship series this Friday at the Clark International Speedway in Angeles City.
Raymond Cudala is tipped to win the title even as he will be joined in the grid by Flynn Jackes, Will Casequin and Dylan Arambulo through the support of Castrol, Bridgestone, OMP, C!Magazine, Oakley, Discovery Suites, Belo Men, Toptul, Aguila Auto Glass and Speedlab.
Cudala, a 12-year-old Grade 6 student of Elizabeth Seton School, is way ahead with a total of 465 points as the Castrol-TRS Kids seek to claim the overall top four spots in the Cadet SQ division.
Casequin, son of PTCC Production Car champion Stuart MacDonald, is second overall with 307 points while Arthur Tuason, son of multi-titled racer JP Tuason and grandson of racing legend Arthur Tuason, is in third with 272 points while Jackes moved up fourth overall with 186 points.
Arambulo, on the other hand, hopes to put up a good fight in the Cadet SQ Novice class where he’s third overall with 272 points.
