Salvador's record romp up at AROG tonite

MANILA, Philippines - Elmer Salvador’s record-setting 12-stroke victory over Mars Pucay and Artemio Murakami in the ICTSI Sherwood Hills Classic highlights tonight’s edition of A Round of Golf (AROG) on Solar Sports at Global Destiny (Channel 35), Sky Cable Digital (Channel 70), and Cablelink (Channel 31) starting at 8 p.m.

Salvador, boosted by his runner-up finish in the Singapore Classic of the Asian Tour, pooled an impressive 13-under 203 total at one of the country’s toughest courses to post the most lopsided victory in the three-year old ICTSI-Philippine Golf Tour.

Also on tap in the only golf TV show in the country, presented by Air21, produced by UBE Media and hosted by Dominic Uy, are the ICTSI ProFiles and the Golf Gigs segments, featuring former national champion Anthony Fernando and the 25th AmCham Charitee and Ad Congress golf tournaments, respectively.
