Hobe Bihon topples Duraville

MANILA, Philippines - Hobe Bihon bounced back from back-to-back losses as it subdued Duraville Realty, 93-71, in the 2011 MBL Corporate Cup basketball championship at the San Andres gym in Manila recently.

Former PBA player Al Vergara scattered 20 points, including four triples, to power Manila-Hobe to its second win in four matches in the eight-team, single-round tournament sponsored by Cebuana Lhuillier, Ironcon Builders, PRC Couriers and WG Diners.
