Burlington srs caging listup ongoing

MANILA, Philippines - Registration is still open for the inaugural Burlington-Life Begins@40 basketball tournament which unfolds Sept. 24 at the Living Food Phils gym in Maybunga, Pasig.

Ayala Alabang, Biñan City, PCS ’74, SunMoon Giants, LFP, Electrobyte, Divina and Uy Law and Burlington Shock XT head the early roster of teams seeing action in the event among 40-years-old-and-above and 50-and-above players.

Burlington Industries Phils. (BIP) Inc. and TEAM recently agreed to hold the event aimed at fostering camaraderie among the senior players and at the time generate awareness on the need to stay fit.

The event, sponsored by Burlington and backed by BioFresh anti-microbial solutions, Conti balls, Accel, Unilab and Pollen B, is actually divided into two divisions: Ruby for those 40 years and up; and Gold for 50 years and above with ex-pro Bennett Palad as commissioner.
