Ocampo bags ABC singles crown

MANILA, Philippines - Jimmy Ocampo of Duraflex Thhn Wires and Ronnie Javier of Moldex Pipes rolled a pair of six-game series of 1310 with Ocampo winning the Architects Bowling Club’s all singles crown on high and low games at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Javier settled for second while Francis Figuracion of Crown PVC Pipes finished third with 1306. Buddy Segui of Emerald Pipes had 1300 and Frederick Chuongco made a 1296 to place fourth and fifth, respectively, in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

The tournament, backed by Supreme Steel Pipes Corp., August Alliance Morning Sun, Famcor, ProActive Pest Control, Concrete Ventures, HCG Phl, Miraga Trading, Eurodach, Boysen Perlecente/Knoxout/Suede/Titan, Firefly-Royu, Philflex Wires and Cables, DN Steel, Unitec Pipes, Duraflex TW/THW Wires, ABC Phl, Homeworks, Atlanta Pipes, Nation Paints and Crown Pipes Supreme, resumes at 7 tonight with the staging of the Boysen Survivor Events, also at the Green Valley lanes.
