CHATAP holds dog show July 3
MANILA, Philippines - The Canine Handlers and Trainers Association of the Philippines (CHATAP), an affiliate of the Asian Kennel Club Union of the Philippines, Inc. (AKCUPI) will mount its fifth and sixth All-Breed Championship Dog Shows July 3 at Tiendesitas, Ortigas Ave. cor. E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave. (C-5), Pasig.
Two international all-breed dog judges from Korea,Yoon II Sub of the Korean Kennel Club (KKC) and Union of Asia Kennel Club (UAKC) and Choi Kang il, also of KKC, will adjudicate the shows which will be participated in by seven breed groupings – sporting, hound, working, terrier, toy, non-sporting, and herding.
Yoon, who had judging experiences in Korea, the Philippines and the US since 1989, teaches at the Pet Dog Department of Hoseo University in Korea.
Choi, who has been judging since 1989, is a well known judge for the Korean Jindo, a local breed in Korea.
