NCA derby final today at Ynares

Manila, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance (NCA) World Championship Derby holds its finals today with 33 entries vying for the crown at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Boxing icon and Rep. Manny Pacquiao is expected to grace the event along with the leading title contenders, headed by Mayor Boyet Joson, James Uy and Allan Siaco.

Uy and Siaco’s Rachel Mitzki JU AS and MBJ of Joson show the way with four points after the first two days of the elims. Jun Mendoza’s JM Fantastic FTE trails the joint leaders with 3 1/2 points.

Also in the hunt with three points are GE Jimafer of Gerry Escalona, Pleasant Drive of the Cebu and Batangas Group, Tata Pete San Leo of Ellan Nagaño and Tata Pete, Jade Resort 1 of Arman Santos, IKA sa Pasay of Alberto Cruz and Ansel Cordora, RV Ibaan Deni of the Batangas Group, JAC Marinduque of Bong Carreon, Whammy of Philip Chiongbian, Boy 2 of Boy Valenzuela, AAO Hitcock of Gerry Ramos, and ESM of Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado.

Meanwhile, the NCA Big Event will be held on June 14 with the country’s leading breeders expected to clash for top honors.
