NCA derby at Ynares tonite

MANILA, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance (NCA) holds its 15th derby today with exciting matches lined up at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Hosted by Bong Carreon, and Ellan Nagaño and Pete Ison, the event features the country’s leading breeders-cockers, including Bong Pineda, Atong Ang, Vice Mayor Tuaño, Ferdie Eusebio, Gov. Mercado, Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado and Lito Orillaza and Boy Valenzuela.

Meanwhile, Eddie Gonzales’ entry IMAX pooled 47 points to lead the race for the Cocker of the Year award.

Arman Santos and Osang dela Cruz’s Jade Resort and Goldquest Champions scored 46 1/2 and 46 points, respectively while Ricky Magtuto’s Magnefor Camsur and Gerry Ramos’ Against All Odds have 44 and 42 points, respectively.

Meanwhile, action in the NCA World Championship Derby resumes on May 26 and 28.
